Representative G.K. Butterfield said that our congressional district is the 15th poorest in the nation! In the same vein, it was said on WIZS’s Town Talk that just because you are poor, you do not need to be “nasty and trashy”. What parts of our city look the worst, and what are you willing to do about it?
