Henderson City Council member Bobby Gupton, chair of the Land Planning Committee, set a meeting for Monday, October 1 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room.
Agenda items include, but are not limited to:
· Beacon Light Complex
At the City Council meeting of September 10, the new owner of the Beacon Light Complex asked the City to excuse him from the covenant set on the property that it only be developed from home ownership. Although the Council was less than sympathetic to his request, it was assigned to the Land Planning Committee for discussion.
