Embarq burglary investigation
Officers of the Henderson Police Department collect evidence at the Embarq facility on Burr Street in Henderson

On September 20, 2008 officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a report of a breaking and entering in progress at Embarq located at 855 Burr Street.

Responding officers observed a truck at the intersection near the business. Officers stopped the vehicle and detained the occupants.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the fence had been cut and entered in an attempt to steal copper wire from Embarq.

Both suspects listed below were taken into custody and charged. One pair of wire cutters was recovered from the vehicle.
