The Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is actively looking for Phillip Wayne Coley and Tammy Dawn Moore, wanted for obtaining property by false pretenses in the Henderson area.
It is alleged that both subjects obtained currency from numerous elderly persons after claiming to be one of the victim’s relative stranded on the side of the road needing money for the wrecker. One victim is reported as being 93 years old.
Phillip Wayne Coley
Suspect Phillip Wayne Coley is a 37 year-old white male, 5’9” in height, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is blind in his left eye and has the word “LOVE” tattooed over the fingers of his left hand. Coley may attempt to alter his appearance by changing the length of his hair.
Tammy Moore
Tammy Dawn Moore is a 34 year-old white female, 5’6” in height, 145 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. Moore has recently dyed her hair black and may be trying to alter her appearance. She has a rose tattoo on her left shoulder.
Red Nissan model and color driven by the suspects
Both were last seen driving a red 1997 Nissan Pathfinder bearing North Carolina license plate number XWH-2415.
