County approves farmers’ market feasibility study
The head of Vance County’s Farmers’ Market Committee, Pete Burgess, asked the Vance County Board of Commissioners on Monday evening to approve up to $40,000 for a feasibility study to be done by the Earth Wise Company of Wake Forest, North Carolina.
23 abandoned mobile homes demolished
Vance County Planning & Development Director Jordan McMillen reported to county commissioners on Monday evening that 23 abandoned mobile home units have been taken down so far this year.
