The Vance County Board of Education will hold a called meeting on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in the Administrative Service Center, 1724 Graham Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina.
The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve school improvement plans.
By law, school improvement plans must be developed and submitted every two years as part of the North Carolina General Assembly’s School-Based Management and Accountability Program. The goal of the school improvement plans is to make gains in student performance.
