Reporter: Leigh Hester – Henderson City Council Members voted Monday night to approve new a few new Committee members and to reinstate several currently standing members. Among those who filled out applications and were approved for service to Henderson were:
- Martha Zollicoffer to continue serving on the H. Leslie Perry Library Board until June 30, 2014
- Horace Bullock to continue serving on the Clean Up Henderson Committee until June 30, 2014
- Judy L. Bell to serve on the Clean Up Henderson Committee until June 30, 2014, to fill the vacant term of Warren Hare
- Andrea L. Harris to continue serving on the Economic Development Committee until June 30, 2014
- Evelyn Mitchell to continue serving on the Human Relations Committee until June 30, 2014
- Juanita K. Somerville to continue serving on the Human Relations Committee until June 30, 2014
- Carol Ann King Franklin to serve on the Human Relations Committee until June 30, 2013, to fill the vacant term of Donald Green
- Claude Ruxton Bobbitt to continue serving on the Redevelopment Committee until June 30, 2014
- Patricia Newman to continue serving on the Appearance Committee until June 30, 2014
- John Fogg to serve on the e-911 Committee until June 20, 2012, to fill the vacant term of Ed Fisher.
