On November 04, 2011 members of the Henderson Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at 120 Hamilton Street, Henderson in reference to numerous drug complaints from concerned citizens. During the execution of the search warrant 10 grams of marijuana, one assault rifle and a stolen laptop computer were located inside the residence.
Anthony Swaringen
Anthony Swaringen of 120 Hamilton Street, Henderson was arrested and charged with felony possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance and felony receiving stolen property. He was given a $10,000 secured bond pending a court hearing on December 5, 2011.
On November 04, 2011 members of the Henderson Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at 602 Rowland Street, Henderson in reference to numerous drug complaints from concerned citizens. During the execution of the search warrant 68 dosage units of Heroin and less than a half ounce of marijuana were recovered. Two handguns were also located inside the residence.

Yvonne Davis of 602 Rowland Street, Henderson was arrested and charged with possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance. She was given a $10,000 secured bond pending a court hearing on December 5, 2011.
Fredrick Burwell was cited for simple possession of marijuana and turned over to the Vance Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding child support warrant.

During the execution of the search warrant 112.5 grams of marijuana, two dosage units of Suboxon, and one handgun were also located inside the residence.
