Kenneth Jerome Turner
On November 25, 2011 around 3:17 AM officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to the Royal Palace Hair and Nail Salon, 632 Corbitt Road, Henderson in reference to a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival officers found a broken window. Officers searched the business and located Kenneth Jerome Turner, 46, of 401 Charles Street, Henderson inside. Mr. Turner was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering. Items recovered were various jewelry items valued at $250.00. Mr. Turner received a $25,000 secured bond pending a court hearing on January 23, 2011.
Members of the North Carolina Highway Patrol assisted in the search.
