Six graduate from evening CNA Program at VGCC South Campus

Vance-Granville Community College recently honored six students who completed the Certified Nursing Assistant I program on an evening schedule at the college’s South Campus in Granville County. Their graduation ceremony was held on May 10 at South Campus.

South Campus director Derrick Cameron welcomed and congratulated the graduates. Sandra Bennett sang a song for her classmates, and April Camillo and Tammara Lumpkin, the instructors for the class, presented certificates to graduates. Pastor Tommy Lamm closed with a prayer.

Not pictured: Tammara Lumpkin, RN, the other instructor for the class. All graduates are now eligible to take the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Competency Exam.
