North Carolina Receives Federal Grant to Increase Small Business Exports
RALEIGH – Gov. Bev Perdue announced Monday that the N.C. Automotive Equipment Manufacturer Chooses Gaston County
RALEIGH – Gov. Bev Perdue today announced that Nussbaum Lifts, a manufacturer of automotive service equipment, will locate a new facility in Gaston County. The company plans to create 83 jobs and invest $7.6 million dollars over three years in Gastonia. HPD Arrest Darius Benson for August Murder of Curtis Morton
On October 26, 2012 members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division in conjunction with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation arrested and charged Darius Montreal Benson, 25, of Henderson with first degree murder. Mr. Benson has been charged with the murder of Curtis Morton, 50, that occurred on August 4, 2012 at 338 Hamilton Street. Mr. Benson remains in the Vance County Jail under no bond pending a court hearing on November 5, 2012.
Vance-Granville Community Band presents concert at Louisburg High
The Vance-Granville Community Band will kick off its 2012-2013 season with a concert on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. in the Louisburg High School Auditorium (201 Allen Lane, Louisburg).
