Henderson, NC (November 29, 2012) – North Carolina band, The Embers, will play a return engagement in Henderson on Friday, December 7th, 2012. The family sit-down concert, featuring “Christmas with The Embers,” will take place at the Vance-Granville Community College Civic Center at 7 p.m.
The Embers are a North Carolina tradition renowned for their special brand of rhythm and blues and beach music. Since their inception in 1958, the group has been touring and turning out hit songs.
A limited number of tickets are on sale now for this special event at the Chamber office located at 414 South Garnett Street. Ticket price for adults is $10, while children’s tickets, 12 & below, will sell for $5.
CenturyLink will serve as the presenting sponsor of the concert which is coordinated by the Henderson-Vance County Chamber of Commerce.
