On Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 6:30pm, members of the Henderson Police Department responded to
to 720 David Street to a report of a home invasion.  The home owner Tina Flores stated that two black males entered her residence with guns. The suspects were described as two black males wearing dark clothing one of the suspects was wearing a red winter hat. Breaking & Entering Larceny Case:

On January 28, 2013 at 8:48am, members of the Henderson Police responded to Hard Times Pawn, 106 Dabney Drive in reference to a breaking and entering.  Upon arrival Officers spoke to Hard Times Pawn manager, Ms. Tammie Frazier.  Ms. Frazier stated that someone had entered the business during the night and took several gold chains. Suspects entered through the roof. Larceny Case:

On February 04, 2013 at 7:10am The Vance County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a larceny at J & J Logging, 255 J.P. Taylor Road.  Upon arrival Deputies talked to Joey Ross who stated that sometime during the night someone had taken 14 Heavy Duty batteries from several pieces of heavy duty logging equipment.
