This memorandum will serve as notice that Chairman Thomas S. Hester, Jr. has called a special meeting for Wednesday, May 1 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Conference Room, Vance County Administration Building, 122 Young Street, Henderson, NC. The purpose of the special meeting is to:
1. Receive the FY 2013-14 Proposed Budget Estimate
2. Schedule Budget Hearing
3. Approve Proposed Voter Resolution
4. Discuss other items as needed
