Dominique Marie Johnson
On Wednesday, May 29, 2013, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division arrested Dominique Marie Johnson, 26, of 233 E. Andrews Avenue, Henderson. Johnson was charged with one count of trafficking cocaine, one count of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver cocaine, maintain a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance and possession of heroin.
These charges arose after a brief investigation which was spurred by complaints received by the Henderson Police Department about drug sales at the 233 East Andrews Avenue location. Johnson was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 125,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court for June 4, 2013.
