Perry Memorial Library Programs in August


The Perry Memorial Library will be sponsoring several free programs during the month of August.

Summer Reading Program Finale
August 2 @ 3 p.m.
Come and enjoy the great show put on by Flow Circus as we celebrate the end of the Summer Reading Program.

Knitting Club
August 5 & August 19 @ 1 p.m.
Learn to knit and make some new friends.

Basic Computer Skills Class
August 5, 12, and 26 @ 6:30 p.m.
Learn the basics of using a personal computer.

Makerspace Open House
August 9 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Get a tour and explanation of the library’s new creative work area, the Makerspace.

Unveiling of the Perry Family Portraits
August 19 @ 6:30 p.m.
The Perry family was instrumental in organizing what is today known as the Perry Memorial Library.  Portraits of three family members have been restored and will be unveiled at this program.
