Dolly Parton Imagination Library August 8th, 2014
Franklin-Granville Vance Smart Start, with funding from the Vance County United Way, will be enrolling children in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library at the Perry Memorial Library on Friday, August 8th from noon until 5 pm.
