Sieel Omari Allen
On Friday, August 15, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Operations Division arrested Sieel Omari Allen. Allen, 23, 3829 Raleigh Road, Henderson was charged with one count of violating supervised release from a prior federal conviction.
Allen was placed in the Vance County Jail without privilege of bond pending transfer of custody to the United States Marshall Service pending a hearing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
