Suspect Sought in Weekend Shooting Incident – Reward Offfered for Info


On Sunday, August 24, 2014, at 1:33 P.M., members of the Henderson Police Department responded to Maria Parham Medical Center in regards to someone shot. Officers found that Quincy Gregory, 29, 426 Ford Street, Henderson was suffering from a serious gunshot wound. Gregory had been transported to the hospital by private vehicle.

A second individual, Amil Davis, 33, 801 Water Street, Henderson also reported to the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Davis was treated for his injuries and released.

Investigation in this matter revealed that an altercation took place in the 600 block of West Rockspring Street in Henderson. All involved parties left the scene prior to law enforcement arrival.

The Henderson Police Department currently has warrants on file for Kyshaun Leondree Norrell. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Norrell is asked to contact the Henderson Police Department at 252-438-4141 or Crime Stoppers at 252-492-1925.

Crime Stoppers will pay rewards of up to 2,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of individuals involved in this matter. Additional information will be released at the appropriate time.
