Here’s an interesting quote from your Sheriff in Vance County. “I’m obviously the most qualified” for the position. Dare I say he has an ego? Speaking with a citizen of Vance Co. recently she told me that she had never seen the Sheriff out in public. She went on to say that she would always see former Sheriff Thomas Breedlove at wreck calls, fire calls, and numerous civic events. She is approaching 75 years old and is still actively engaged in the Henderson/Vance Community. What does that say about your current Sheriff?
Why won’t they have a debate so that the citizens of Vance and folks such as this lady can have the opportunity to ask both candidates questions and see/hear the responses. I think they did that in Vance County a couple of times when an election was upcoming. Wonder why is was discontinued?
Whoever you want to be the next Sheriff of Vance just do your civic duty and GO VOTE!!!!! I don’t have a horse in the race but I do respect the opinions of my elders……especially those who are 3/4 of the way to being 100 years old!!!
