Henderson License Plate Agency Focuses on Customer Service, Office to undergo two-day training sessions


RALEIGH — The North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles will close its Henderson license plate agency on Tuesday, November 4 and Wednesday, November 5 to conduct customer service training.

NCDMV is currently holding statewide customer service training courses for all office locations. The Vance County-based agency will reopen on Thursday, November 6 at 8:30 a.m.

Agencies located in the immediate area will remain open to provide vehicle registration services. The following locations will be open during the training:

LPAs offer vehicle registration services and title transactions, as well as vehicle license plate renewals, replacement tags and duplicate registrations. Currently, 122 license plate agencies operate across North Carolina.
