Reginald Emmett Hicks
On May 1, 2015 Reginald Emmett Hicks of 96 Frank Sneed Road Kittrell, North Carolina was arrested and charged with five counts of identity theft and five counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. The alleged crimes occurred while Mr. Hicks was employed with Union Bank and Trust in Henderson. Mr. Hicks, a bank advisor, allegedly used various members’ account information to make a purchase and obtained electronic funds through PayPal. The incidents occurred between December 2014 and January 2015. Bank personnel notified the police once the alleged crimes were discovered and assisted full with this investigation. Mr. Hicks received a $10,000 secured bond pending a court hearing in Vance County on June 8, 2015.
White female…..Black male…..looks like people in Vance Co. don’t think it’s wrong to take things that don’t belong to them……we call it STEALING….& those who do it….THIEVES!!!

So i see that the COUNTY CROOK and her atty. are still trying to get some evidence dismissed from her proceedings after she was “scared” and signed some papers at the Sheriff’s Office that she now says she wasn’t being truthful and she only signed them b/c she wanted to get home to her kids? How can someone so STUPID get away with this seemingly amateur job within the finance dept? Was it b/c her superiors are just as STUPID?
Now they have filed another motion wanting the proceedings to con’t in Franklin Co. due to the extensive coverage in Vance Co. b/c they don’t think she can get a fair trial in Vance Co. Here’s some advice CROOK……..admit you took the $$$(you already did!!) and apologize and take whatever sentence you get. It’s Vance Co. and the 9th District Judicial System….you won’t get ONE DAY behind bars….don’t worry. According to Triple H(hiheyhello) you don’t seem to be doing much worrying anyway!!!
I’d say that your punishment should be that you be ordered to get a tattoo on your forehead that says “I am a THIEF”,……expecially since an active Jail Sentence doesn’t look like it will happen!! BTW….how’s the former fire chief? He must really care for you? I mean who else would stand by and leave his wife and kids in order to go out with a known COUNTY CROOK? Hmmmmmmm……….
Thumbs up for the tattoo, but even if she did you still have those in Vance County who it wouldn’t bother at all if she did…………………… So is she now saying that she did not steal the money? Where are all her supporters at on here? Where is that hater lady????? Would you please ask her if she is now saying she did not steal the money or is she saying she only signed the paper saying she did because she had 3 young children at home? Im confused ………………….. I along with many others would not have signed anything if I didn’t do it or had a part in it. You can’t scare the normal person into admitting to a crime if they didn’t do it. Thats just foolish! How many of you would admit to a murder and sign a paper saying you did it just because you had 3 small children at home? Exactly! If you are innocent no one can “scare you into going to jail”
