VCS Board of Education member Ruth Hartness has overstayed her usefulness on the BofE. When she is quoted as saying she doesn’t approve of the US SUPREME COURT’S decisión on school vouchers b/c taxayer $$ shouldn’t be used to send a child to a private school b/c they aren’t being “regulated” is laughable. Stats show kids from Private school Schools are more like to attend 4 yr universities. My advice to her is that if she’s tried of parents pulling their kids out of VCS……IMPROVE VCS!!!! & not just talk about it when a reporter is in her presence.
What’s next Hartness? Cutting food stamps b/c taxpayers shouldn’t be feeding the poor?
