The long awaited opening of the Corbitt Preservation Society Museum will take place Friday 16th from 2-4pm. It will be open Saturday along with annual truck show. Lots of special Corbitt folks will be in town this weekend. The museum is located on Church Street in Downtown Henderson. Students Selected to N.C. Honors Choruses
A student at Northern Vance High School and two students at Eaton-Johnson Middle School have been selected to participate in the prestigious state honors choruses. Noah Whittacre, a senior at Northern Vance High School, has been selected to the 2015 North Carolina Music Educators’ Association High School Honors Chorus.
