PRODUCE FOOD SAFETY: NAVIGATING THE USDA GAP AUDIT, HENDERSON, JUNE 16, $20
Produce growers, don’t miss this learning important learning opportunity. This food safety training will be invaluable, even if you do not currently plan to get GAP certified. This workshop will combine classroom and on-­farm instruction on how to identify potential food safety concerns, and minimize potential contamination. Participants will also learn about available resources, including cost-­share assistance and consulting services. More details here. Lunch included.
