NC Cooperative Extension: Produce, Barley, Sheep & Goats!

With a growing interest from craft breweries, barley production may present a good opportunity for your farm enterprise. Would you like to learn more? Produce growers, don’t miss this learning important learning opportunity. This food safety training will be invaluable, even if you do not currently plan to get GAP certified. This workshop will combine classroom and on-­farm instruction on how to identify potential food safety concerns, and minimize potential contamination.
