Dr. Genevieve Daurity Awarded Fellowship in the International College of Dentists

Local Henderson Dentist, Dr. Genevieve Daurity of Daurity Family Dentistry in Henderson, NC was awarded Fellowship in the International College of Dentists (ICD) on October 21st 2016 during a ceremony at the American Dental Association conference in Denver CO.

This accomplishment is awarded to nominees that are truly outstanding and epitomize excellence in the dental profession. Only about 4% of dentists in the United States are granted Fellowship into the College during their careers.

The ICD is the oldest and largest international honor society for dentists in the world and over the years has played a crucial role in shaping the dental profession.

Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only. A nominated dentist must pass a rigorous peer review process, and be recognized as having “outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind.”

“I am so honored and excited to have been chosen as a Fellow for this great organization. I look forward to actively participating in the organization and continuing the ideals of the ICD in my own practice here in Henderson.” States Dr. Daurity.

Dr. Daurity is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry and has been practicing in Henderson since 2012.
