Congressman G. K. Butterfield (NC-01) today spoke on the Floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to honor the life of Reverend James “Jim” Hawley McKinnon, Jr. of Wilson, North Carolina. He retired after serving as senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Wilson for almost 30 years. Reverend McKinnon died on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the age of 77.
