Flint Hill Community Holds Free Health Fair Saturday, May 26th
On Saturday, May 26, at 9:00AM, Flint Hill community leaders will sponsor a free health fair for neighborhood residents. Included will be law enforcement, medical staff, veterinarians, animal control officers, and others who will provide assistance and guidance for low-income individuals. Using private donations, Animal Control will give free rabies vaccinations to the first 100 pet owners in the area. Coordinated Care Program Aims to Save Medicaid Millions
Jeaneen Beckham, manager of the Community Care Partners centered in Henderson, expressed her delight in the Chicago Tribune story that highlighted Community Care of North Carolina as an inspiration for the Illinois Medicaid Medical Home program.
