Please be informed that the county’s Planning/Environmental Committee (Faines, Kelly, Wilder) is scheduled to meet Thursday, May 3 at 4:00 in the administrative conference room.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss removal of vegetation growth on Hwy 39 North at Kerr Lake.

2018’s first free “Meet Me in the Street” concert is scheduled for Thursday, May 3 featuring “The Konnection Band”.
