Notice is hereby given that a special meeting will be held by the Henderson City Council on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers in City Hall located at 134 Rose Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is for an Executive (Closed) Session pursuant to G.S. 143-318-11(a)(3), attorney-client privilege.
The public are invited to attend, but can not attend the closed session portion.
