The Girl Scout Cookie Sale is over! Thanks to everyone who purchased your favorite cookies from an area Girl Scout Troop. Your support of Girl Scouts gives area girls the opportunity to participate in many activities in the area as well as within Pines of Carolina Girl Scout Council. Activities include: attending sports events, camps, plays, museums, jewelry making, financial workshops, crafts, and so many other opportunities available to every girl within Girl Scouts.
The Cookie Sale ended March 12th, but if you haven’t purchased your Girl Scout Cookies yet or need more to last you until next year’s sale, please contact the local office. We will give your name and information to one of the Troops in the area so they can sell surplus cookies to you. The Vance County Girl Scout office number is (252) 438-8103.
Girl Scouts is for all girls ages 5-17. Our mission statement is to “build girls of courage, character, and confidence that make the world a better place.” Girl Scouts provides a wide array of experiences for girls and adults, and the registration fee is only $10. If you would like to join the fun, adult or girl, please contact one of the area offices. Volunteers are always needed.
