If you read the article on Beacon Light, then you know that it looks as if Robert Duke may get his wish, at least in part. We wonder, though, if the social upheaval involved in uprooting people might simply create new stresses on other parts of the system, like the schools (a state-wide enterprise) and law enforcement. What are your thoughts?
