In tough economic times, with energy prices high and supply occasionally uncertain, it seems as if more businesses would be considering “home worker” programs. Now, we know that not every job can be done at home (like either one of ours), but it may be that many of your daily commutes are as superfluous as our collection of ’45s in the age of Napster. We’re told even the state has provisions and guidelines regarding telecommuting.
