* As a possible ad-on, the Council may hear a second reading of An Ordinance relative to Honorary, Ex-Officio, and Emeritus Members of Boards.
At the last City Council meeting, this ordinance was introduced to forestall payments to an emeritus member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment that have been made over the last three years. During the first reading, it passed five to three, but lacked the three-fourths majority necessarily to become law. During the second reading, it may be enacted by a simple majority.
