We found the HRC’s report on Deryl Von Williams vs. the H. Leslie Perry Memorial Library to be a thoughtful, moderate, and considered document that attempts what we so desperately need in our community: reconciliation. Imagine what we could do if we devoted the energy we normally reserve for vitriol into something more productive. Or do the animosities run so deep in Vance that I’m just having another late night pipe dream?
