As of 4:35 p.m. today, the Vance County Board of Elections reported three filings for public office.
Henderson City Council member Lynn Harper filed for Ward 2 at-large. Harper will be running for her second term on the Council.
Jack Ball filed for Kittrell Town Commission, and William C. Abbott, Jr. filed for the Middleburg Town Council.
