Election Watch 2007

Editor’s Note: Home in Henderson learned last night that Henderson Mayor Clem Seifert will not be seeking re-election. We also learned this morning that Henderson City Council member Lonnie Davis filed on Wednesday for his Ward 4 seat.

The Vance County Board of Elections reported three filings yesterday: two for Middleburg and one for Kittrell.

Ray Bullock filed for Mayor of Middleburg. He currently holds the office. Also filing in Middleburg was Annie Fudge for Town Council. She is the incumbent candidate.

In Kittrell, Gene Pulley filed for Town Commission. He currently holds office in Kittrell as a Town Commissioner.
