Harperprints has been reacquired by founders Mike and Lynn Harper.
The change of ownership was announced to company employees during a celebration and meeting on Saturday, December 1, 2007. Mike Harper stated “When Lynn and I retired in 2001, we never thought we would ever get back in the printing business. But when the opportunity arose to purchase Harperprints we decided to give the offer serious consideration. We have always loved this company, particularly the employees of Harperprints, and we are genuinely excited to be back and to be part of the promising future of Harperprints.”
Co-founder Mike Harper will serve as company CEO. Fred Midgett will rejoin Harperprints as Vice President of Sales. Dennis Easler will serve as Vice President of Manufacturing.
The company was sold to Master Graphics in 1998, and was most recently owned and managed by Nationwide Graphics/Premier Print in Houston, TX. The transfer of ownership back to Mike and Lynn Harper is effective December 1, 2007. More information about the company is available on the Harperprints Web site.
