Chief K.L. Sidwell of the Henderson Police Department reported that members of his department’s Narcotics Unit made a traffic stop in the parking lot of Marketplace Shopping Center on April 7, 2008.
The stop was conducted after an extensize investigation involving the sale and delivery of marijuana in the Dabney Drive area.
Seized during the investigation was one-quarter pound of marijuana, digital scales, and plastic bags.
The investigation tends to show that the suspects listed below were involved in the delivery of marijuana by means of a vehicle over the last several months:
