On April 8, 2008 at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a residential alarm on Oak Street.
Upon arrival, officers found an open window.
The officers surrounded the residence and upon investigation located a suspect inside the residence:

Charges: Breaking and entering and attempted larceny
Court date: April 21, 2008
Bond: $30,000
The suspect was arrested, charged, and placed in Vance County Jail.
