On May 8, 2008, officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a report of a larceny in progress at a residence located at 1016 Lehman Street.
Taken from the residence were several pieces of tin valued at $500. After an investigation by members of the Patrol Division, the individual listed below was arrested and charged with one count of larceny:

Court date: June 23, 2008
The pieces of tin were recovered during the investigation.
