Video of an informal meeting between the Vance County Board of Elections and Vance resident Mack Bobbitt. Bobbitt brought complaints of voting irregularities in District 1 as well as an allegation that election workers were harassed by Bernard Brown, husband of District 1 County Commissioner Deborah Brown

This video (in two parts due to technical issues) is a hearing regarding a complaint brought by Vance resident Joseph A. (Rusty) McMahon that voters in the Kittrell Water Association improperly were allowed to vote on the water bond referendum and also that those who had a right to vote on the referendum were not given the opportunity to do so.
