Council approves redevelopment com. terms of office
The Henderson City Council unanimously approved staggered terms for members of the Henderson Redevelopment Commission during its meeting on Monday evening.

This year’s state budget revisions include an average 6.9% raise for teachers. In the past, the word “average” has translated to mean “big increases for years 0-3 of the salary schedule and beans for everyone else, since they’re too ruined to change professions by now”. Forgive our cynicism.
