c. Public Hearing: RE: City and Embassy Foundation application for a Community Revitalization Grant with NC Department of Community Assistance regarding completion of architectural drawings and initial construction of the Embassy Square Phase II Project. Amount being requested is $1 million.
d. Public Hearing: RE: Review the budget and activities that have been accomplished through the city’s FY05 CDBG David Street Concentrated Needs Grant Program. The program activities are complete and the city is in the process of closing out the program.
