On October 5, 2008 at 6:22 a.m. officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a report of a breaking and entering in progress at Crusaders Rent to Own located at 120 Raleigh Road.
Upon arrival, officers found the front glass broken. Police searched the area and located the individual listed below. The suspect was detained and, after further investigation, was taken into custody and charged with breaking, entering and larceny.
Taken from the business was an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency.
