HPD makes arrest in identity theft case


On October 2, 2008, members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division arrested the individual listed below after an investigation involving identity theft.

It is alleged that the suspect set up transactions through an online account and transferred funds from the victim’s account into another account.

These transactions occurred from May 2008 until July 2008.

The suspect was arrested and charged and was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $25,000 bond pending an October 20 court date.
