On November 28, 2008, at approximately 3:50 a.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a breaking and entering in progress at S&R Cycles located at 1365 N. Garnett Street.
Officers checked the business and determined that a breaking and entering had indeed occurred.
Officers searched the area and detained one individual.
After further investigation, the individual who was detained was taken into custody. He is Terrance Batchelor, 38, of 530 E. Andrews Avenue. He was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and larceny.
