The following is a schedule of sanitation, recycling and leaf collection for the holidays.
Sanitation Pick Up
Christmas Holiday
Monday, December 22, 2008 — Normal Monday Pick up
Tuesday, December 23, 2008 — Tuesday and Wednesday routes will be collected.
Wednesday, December 24, 2008 — Thursday and Friday routes will be collected.
New Years Holiday
Wednesday, December 31, 2008 — Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected
Recycle Pick Up
Christmas Holiday
Monday, December 22, 2008 — Monday and Tuesday routes will be collected
Tuesday, December 23, 2008 — Thursday and Friday routes will be collected.
New Years Holiday
Wednesday, December 31, 2008 — Thursday route will be collected
Leaf Pick Up — loose and bagged
Monday, December 22, 23 and 27, 2008 — Normal Pick up
Landfill will be closed December 24, 25, 26, 2008 and January 1, 2009 — no leaf collection.
City crews are working diligently to remove leaves prior to Christmas. Please make sure loose leaves are raked to the curbing and free of sticks and trash.
