On March 10, 2009 members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics unit conducted an investigation in the area of Hamilton Street after receiving complaints of drug activity.
Hasson Terry, 19, of 512 Lone Street was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, manufacture of cocaine, and carrying a concealed weapon.
Cocaine along with a .357 Magnum handgun was seized.
Terry was placed under a $25,000 bond pending an April 21, 2009 court date.
