On March 16, 2009, an attempted armed robbery occurred on Nicholas Street near Maple Street.
The victim stated that she exited her vehicle and was going into a business when she was approached by a black male who brandished a handgun and demanded her purse.
The victim refused the suspect’s demand and turned and ran into a nearby business. After an investigation by members of the Criminal Investigation Division, the suspect listed below has been arrested and charged.
